湿热环境下的PMI泡沫材料压缩蠕变特性 被引量:4

Compressive Creep Properties of PMI Foam in Hydrothermal Condition

摘要 针对不同牌号聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫材料参数、前处理(干燥及热处理)条件及环境参数下的吸湿及压缩蠕变性能进行了研究,得出了这些参数对压缩蠕变性能的影响规律并分析了原因,且最终针对不同材料规格的泡沫芯材,得出了最优的干燥处理及储存条件。研究结果表明,延长干燥时间,提高热处理温度,增加泡沫密度,可降低泡沫的蠕变率。当非HT型号泡沫厚度不超过30 mm时,采用130℃,3 h干燥处理,厚度超过30 mm,采用130℃,6 h干燥处理,针对非HT型号泡沫,采用190℃,49 h热处理,可得到较低的蠕变率。同时,针对泡沫的热处理过程,加设保温阶梯平台及延长干燥时间,可有效地减小泡沫的翘曲变形。 The moisture absorption and compressive creep properties of polymethacrylimide(PMI)foam with different material parameters,pretreatment(drying and heat treatment)conditions and environmental parameters were studied.How these parameters to affect the compressive creep properties was also analyzed and at last the optimal drying treatment parameters and storage conditions were obtained.The results show that the compressive creep properties of the PMI foam can be enhanced by prolonging the drying time or increasing the heat treatment temperature,also the foam with different size density can get good compressive creep properties.According to those results,the foam with thickness not exceed 30 mm can be dried at 130℃for 3 hours,and 130℃,6 h for the foam with thickness over 30 mm.For non-HT type foam,better compressive creep properties can be obtained with heat treatment at 190℃for 49 h.Besides that,additional heat preservation step platform during heat treatment process and prolonging the drying time before that can effectively reduce the deformation of the PMI foam.
