建筑用膨胀石墨阻燃聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and Properties of Flame-Retardant Polyurethane Foam with Expanded Graphite for Construction

摘要 在聚氨酯泡沫塑料基体中添加了不同含量的可膨胀石墨,利用其膨胀阻燃作用,制备出了一系列阻燃性能、力学性能和导热性能不同的聚氨酯泡沫塑料。结果表明,当聚氨酯泡沫塑料中添加了20质量份的可膨胀石墨时,相应聚氨酯泡沫塑料的综合性能最为理想:极限氧指数为30.1%,热释放速率峰值为98 kW/m2,火灾指数和火灾蔓延指数分别为0.420和1.273,初始热分解温度和质量保持率分别为362℃和29.8%,压缩强度为0.18 MPa,密度为49.0 kg/m3,热导率为0.027 W/(m·K)。 Different content of expandable graphite was added to the polyurethane foam matrix,and a series of polyurethane foam plastics with different flame retardancy,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity were prepared by using intumescent flame retardant.The experimental results show that when the polyurethane foam plastics are added 20phr of expandable graphite,the comprehensive properties of the corresponding polyurethane foam are the most ideal:The limiting oxygen index is 30.1%,the heat release rate is 98 kW/m2,the fire index and the fire spread index are 0.420 and 1.273,the initial thermal decomposition temperature and quality retention are 362℃and 29.8%,respectively,and the compressive strength is 0.18 MPa.The density is 49.0 kg/m3,and the thermal conductivity is 0.027 W/(m·K).
