Interpretation of Delirium Management in Adult Cancer Patients: ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines(2018 Edition)

谵妄是一种在成人肿瘤患者中常见的神经认知综合征。但在临床中,医护人员对肿瘤患者谵妄的评估、诊断不足。欧洲肿瘤学会(European Society for Medical Oncology,ESMO)于2018年发布了成人肿瘤患者谵妄临床实践指南,分7个方面进行了系统的文献回顾和讨论,并就其中部分内容给出了临床实践推荐意见。本文将针对该指南中部分内容进行解读,以供临床决策与标准护理参考。

Delirium is a neurocognitive syndrome that commonly occurs in adult cancer patients.However,in clinical practice,delirium in cancer patients is underhevaluated or diagnosed by medical staff.The European Society for Medical Oncology(ESMO)has issued the clinical practice guideline for delirium in adult cancer patients in 2018,which conducts literature reviews and discussions systematically from seven aspects,and provides recommendations on clinical practice for certain domains.Some issues of the guideline will be interpreted in this paper so as to provide reference for clinical decision-making and standard of care.
