摘要
氯化法钛白粉项目后处理单元将原料转化为半成品的核心过程采用的是旋转闪蒸干燥技术和工艺。有针对性地简介了其产品的干燥工艺,并对特殊设计进行重点阐述,同时提出对其尾气余热进行节能再利用并成功应用于生产中。
The core process of converting the raw materials into semi-finished products in the post-treatment unit of the chlorinated titanium dioxide project is the rotary flash drying technology and process.The drying process of the product was introduced in a targeted manner,and the special design was elaborated.At the same time,it proposes energy-saving reuse of waste heat and successfully apply it in production.
