The Turn toward Axiology in the Philosophy of Technology: the Normative Axiological Turn

技术哲学的规范性价值论转向是对经验转向的超越。技术哲学的规范性价值论转向不仅描述、分析技术实践中的价值与规范,还评价了这些规范和价值,即涉及对哲学分析本身(元层面上)采取规范性立场。规范性价值论转向包含两种立场,即反映性立场和实质性立场。在现实中,规范性价值论转向也面临着一些问题和挑战。技术哲学应该重视"内在的善"的相关性问题,应该学会应对规范性价值论转向给技术哲学领域带来的挑战,而不是仓促地步入规范性价值论转向。

The normative axiological turn included in the "axiological turn" in the philosophy of technology is a transcendence of the "empirical turn" which not only describes and analyzes, but also evaluates the norms and values in technology and engineering practice, involving the normative stance at the(meta-) level of the philosophical analysis itself. There exist two kinds of stances, one reflective and another substantive. In reality, the philosophy of technology should seriously cope with the relevant issues of the "internal goods", and address the challenges brought by the normative axiology to the field philosophy of technology, rather than rush headlong into a normative axiological turn.
