桐城市乡村旅游发展的SWOT分析及其对策

SWOT Analysis and Measures of Rural Tourism Development in Tongcheng City

发展乡村旅游是将乡村振兴战略落到实处的重大举措之一。分析桐城市乡村旅游的资源特征,运用SWOT分析法,对桐城市乡村旅游进行综合研究。研究结果表明:桐城市有地理位置优越、自然资源丰富等优势,也有旅游品牌弱、旅游功能区数量少等劣势,更有政府大力支持、投资优化、市场需求增长的机遇,还有市场竞争激烈和破坏生态环境的威胁。据此,提出了大力提升品牌效应、积极推动文旅融合发展、优化乡村资源空间结构等对策,为今后桐城市乡村旅游的发展提供参考。

Developing rural tourism is one of the important measures to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. By analyzing the characteristics of rural tourism resources in Tongcheng city and applying SWOT analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive study of rural tourism in Tongcheng city. The results show that Tongcheng has both advantages in favorable geographical position and rich natural resources, and disadvantages in inferior tourism brands and less tourism functional areas. Meanwhile, it enjoys the opportunities of powerful governmental support, investment optimization and market demand growth, and yet faces threats from fierce market competition and destruction in ecological environment. Accordingly, the paper suggests vigorously promoting the brand effect and the integration of culture and tourism, and optimizing the spatial structure of rural tourism resources. It is hoped that this study will provide reference for the future development of rural tourism in Tongcheng city.
