河南省产业结构升级与就业结构转变——来自18个地市面板数据的证据

Upgrading of Industrial Structure and Transformation of Employment Structure——Based on Panel Data from 18 Cities

基于2006-2015年河南省相关统计数据,使用静态个体随机效应模型,实证检验了河南省产业结构升级对就业结构转变的影响。研究结果表明:河南省产业结构升级对其就业结构的转变产生了积极影响。为了进一步发挥这种积极作用,提出了加快就业结构调整优化、出台支持新兴产业发展等相关政策建议。

Based on the statistical data of Henan province from 2006 to 2015, using the static individual random effect model, we empirically tested the impact of upgrading of industrial structure on the transformation of employment structure. The results show that upgrading of industrial structure in Henan province has a positive impact on the transformation of employment structure. In order to give full play to this positive role, this paper suggests accelerating the adjustment and optimization of employment structure, supporting the development of emerging industries.
