补中益气颗粒联合盆底康复治疗40例张力性尿失禁的效果观察

The Effects of Buzhong Yiqi Granule Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的研究补中益气颗粒结合盆底康复疗法对张力性尿失禁患者疗效影响。方法募集我院2018年1月-2018年12月收治80例张力性尿失禁患者,按随机数字表法以1:1分为常规组、研究组。常规组患者使用盆底康复治疗,研究组在其上加用补中益气颗粒,比较两组尿失禁、盆底肌力、生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,两组患者72h尿失禁次数、1h尿失禁次数显著降低(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后上述指标显著低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组盆底肌力均显著增强(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后显著高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组社会关系、生理、精神和心理等情况均显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气颗粒联合盆底康复治疗张力性尿失禁患者可显著缓解尿失禁状况,提高盆底肌力,改善生活质量,效果显著。

Objective To study the effects of Buzhong Yiqi granule combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation on efficacy of patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods 80 patients with stress urinary incontinence in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected and divided into routine group and study group by 1:1 ratio according to the random number table method.Routine group was given pelvic floor rehabilitation,and study group was additionally given Buzhong Yiqi granule on this basis.The urinary incontinence,pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the frequency of 72h urinary incontinence and frequency of 1h urinary incontinence in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the above indexes in study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength in the two groups was significantly enhanced(P<0.05),and the index in study group after treatment was significantly higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of social relations,physiology,spirit and psychology in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the scores in study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi granule combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation for patients with stress urinary incontinence can significantly alleviate urinary incontinence,improve pelvic floor muscle strength and promote quality of life,and it has significant effects.
