聚焦解决护理模式在预防肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者再出血中的应用观察

Application of Solution-focused Nursing Mode in Preventing Rebleeding in Patients with Cirrhosis and Esophagogastric Varice

目的研究聚焦解决护理模式在预防肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者再出血中的应用。方法选择2018年1月到2018年12月到医院就诊的肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者136例,根据随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予聚焦解决护理模式,两组患者均护理至出院,随访3个月。统计两组患者再出血比例,采用自我管理行为量表评估两组患者自我管理能力,采用自我焦虑评估量表(SAS)及自我抑郁评估量表(SDS)评估两组患者焦虑、抑郁程度。结果观察组干预后自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者随访期间再出血比例无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论聚焦解决护理模式可有效预防肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者再出血比例,改善焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective To study the application of solution-focused nursing mode in preventing rebleeding in patients with cirrhosis and esophagogastric varices.Methods A total of 136 patients with cirrhosis and esophagogastric varices who were diagnosed in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given solution-focused nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given nursing till discharge.The followed up lasted for 3 months.The rebleeding proportions in the two groups were statistically analyzed.The self-management behavior scale was performed to evaluate self-management ability of both groups.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were performed to evaluate anxiety and depression of both groups.Results After intervention,scores of self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in rebleeding proportion during follow-up period between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Solution-focused nursing mode can effectively prevent rebleeding proportion in patients with cirrhosis and esophagogastric varices,improve anxiety and depression.
