公正世界信念与成就动机:前瞻人格的中介作用

Just-world Belief and Motivation for Achievement——Role of the Intermediary Prospective Personality

运用成就动机问卷、公正世界信念量表和前瞻人格量表三种工具对516名大学生进行测评,并用相关、回归及结构模型验证等统计技术对数据进行分析.结果发现,趋近成功动机与公正世界信念及前瞻人格具有显著的正相关,回避失败动机除了与公正世界信念的“自我现在”具有显著的负相关外,与公正世界信念及前瞻人格都不具有显著的相关关系.

516 college students were assessed by achievement motivation questionnaire,just-world belief scale,and prospective personality scale.The collected data were analyzed by correlation,regression and structural model validation.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the success motivation and the just-world belief and the prospective personality,while the avoiding-failure motivation had no significant correlation with the just-world belief and the prospective personality,except that it had a significant negative correlation with the‘self-present’factor in the just-world belief.
