摘要
在高压电气产品隔离开关摩擦接触零件的功能镀银中,研究了一种通过降低银层厚度达到提高生产效率、降低成本的工艺技术。本文采用加入添加剂的方法提高银层硬度,并通过研究薄层镀硬银工艺,分析比较薄层镀硬银层与普通镀银层的高温摩擦系数、磨痕深度,并将薄层镀硬银后的零件与普通镀银后的零件进行中试试验,观察了试验后零件外观与试验前后回路电阻的变化。结果表明,薄层镀硬银层比普通镀银层具有更高的耐磨性能,中试试验后零件外观无明显磨损,试验后回路电阻并无明显增大。因此,采用薄层镀硬银工艺提高了镀银层的耐磨性,在不影响产品性能的前提下,可适度降低镀银层厚度,生产效率提升约一倍,成本降低约40%。
In the functional silver plating of high-voltage electrical product disconnecting switch friction contact parts,a process technology to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost is studied.The hardness of the silver layer was increased by adding addition.By comparing the hardness of the silver layer was controlled by controlling the thickness of the silver layer to 10μm,20μm and 30μm respectively.The hardness of the hard silver of 10μm was selected.Comparison with a 50μm thick silver.The results show that the thin layer of hard silver has better wear resistance and electrical properties are also in line with engineering requirements.Therefore,the thin layer hard silver plating process improves the wear resistance of the silver layer,reduces the thickness of the silver layer,and achieves the engineering goal of efficient cost reduction.
