摘要
人力资本是区域旅游经济增长中重要的驱动要素,也是区域旅游经济效率提升的关键要素。限于分析工具和研究方法,人力资本的典型特征,尤其是差异性和适宜性,与区域旅游经济效率研究没有得到很好的传承,但这无法否认人力资本的多元现实和适宜性作用机理。以文献归纳为主,通过演绎法对人力资本与区域旅游经济效率差异的演进过程、内在机理和实证检验进行了框架式梳理,指出人力资本与区域旅游经济效率的发展趋势,为人力资本与区域旅游经济效率提升研究奠定基础。
Human capital is an important driving factor in regional tourism economic growth, and it is also a key factor in improving regional tourism economic efficiency. Limited to the limitations of analytical tools and research methods, the typical characteristics of human capital, especially the differences and suitability and regional tourism economic efficiency studies, have not been well inherited, but this can not deny the multiple realities and suitability of human capital mechanism. Based on literature induction and deductive method, this paper summarizes the evolution process, internal mechanism and empirical test of the difference between human capital and regional tourism economic efficiency, and points out the development trend of human capital and regional tourism economic efficiency.It lays the foundation for the study of human capital and regional tourism economic efficiency.
