腰神经后支阻滞治疗腰椎小关节综合征的数字化研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 腰神经后支阻滞是治疗腰椎小关节综合征的主要手段,准确的针尖位置是小关节面注射(FJI)成功的关键,因此大部分神经阻滞操作在X线或CT引导下进行,超声技术的日益成熟使得超声引导下腰神经后支阻滞也得到广泛应用。随着数字化技术的不断发展和改善,腰椎小关节综合征的治疗正在向精准化、个性化方向发展。本研究对影像学引导下的腰神经后支阻滞治疗进展进行综述,同时简要介绍3D打印,虚拟现实,激光、电磁及机器人导航等数字技术在腰椎小关节综合征个性化治疗中的应用。 Posterior ramus of lumbar nerve block (LNB) is one of the main methods for the treatment of lumbar facet joint syndrome (LFJS). Accurate needle position is the key to success for facet joint injection (FJI), so many nerve blocks are guided by X-ray or CT. As the ultrasound imaging technology advances, posterior ramus of LNB guided by ultrasound is used widely. With the continuous development and improvement of digital technology, the treatment of LFJS is developed towards precision and personalization. In this study, current researches of posterior ramus of LNB guided by imaging technology were reviewed, at the same time, applications of digital techniques such as 3D printing, virtual reality, laser-, electromagnetic- and robot-based navigations in personalized treatment for LFJS were introduced briefly.
