摘要
在我国高速铁路网大规模建设、客运产品逐步成熟的现状下,旅客出行的需求日渐丰富,客运产品差异化逐渐凸显,我国高速铁路客运产品已出现多品种、高需求的发展趋势。为打造客运产品多元化的价值链,取得更好的运营效益效果,设计动车组旅游产品已经是大势所趋。在旅客出行选择行为因素的基础上,利用旅客出行行为选择模型分析动车组旅游列车产品的分类及设计要素,采用层次分析法确定动车组旅游产品的关键指标,构造判断矩阵并确定指标权重,分析动车组旅游产品设计要素,为我国开行动车组旅游列车,打造旅游化的创新客运产品提供参考依据。
With the fast development of high-speed railway and the gradual mature passenger products in China,the demand for passengers is growing and the differentiation of passenger products has gradually become more prominent.There is a development tend of multiple varieties and high demand for passenger products.To create a diversified value chain for passenger products and achieve better operational efficiency,designing tourism-oriented high-speed railway product is becoming a new direction in the future.It analyzes classification and components of tourismoriented high-speed railway product based on the passenger travel choice influencing model.The key indicators are identified by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),while the results of weight index are obtained by judgment matrix.The model and empirical results presented in this paper may be employed as a referencing point for creating a tourism-oriented high-speed railway product.
