摘要
铁路车站调车作业效率直接影响铁路运输企业的效率和效益,为保障调车作业安全,提升调车作业效率,卡控铁路车站调车作业安全风险,结合设备运维管理现状,分析设备运维管理需求,提出铁路车站调车作业安全防护设备运维管理系统总体架构,研究运维管理系统业务流程,针对状态监测、履历管理、维修决策、报表管理等功能进行设计,破解信息不对称问题,提高信息共享度,优化调车作业组织,为各级应用对象运维管理业务提供支持,不断提升设备运维管理水平。
Shunting efficiency of railway station directly affects the efficiency and benefit of railway transportation enterprises.In order to ensure the safety of shunting operation,improve the efficiency of shunting operation,control the safety risk of shunting operation in railway station,analyze the requirements of equipment operation and maintenance management in combination with the current situation of equipment operation and maintenance management,carry out the overall design of the operation and maintenance management system of safety protection equipment for shunting operation in railway station,study the process of the operation and maintenance management system,and monitor the status,resume management,maintenance decision and report the design of management and other functions is of great significance to solve the current situation of information asymmetry,improve information sharing and optimize shunting organization.It can provide support for the operation and maintenance management of application objects at all levels and improve the equipment operation and maintenance management.
