摘要
为促进全成形针织衫款式开发,更好地推广全成形编织技术,以四针床电脑横机及对应设计系统为依托,对局部编织技术及其在全成形针织衫中的创新应用进行研究。采用局部编织工艺进行组织和结构的创新设计,并通过编织实例,分析工艺实现方式与技术细节。结合局部编织技术高速、高效、节约原料等特点,提出将其运用于针织衫结构中的设计方法;利用全成形针织衫连续性、完整性特点,将局部编织技术与不同组织、纱线结合,塑造出丰富多变的肌理效果;应用局部编织技术可促进全成形针织衫功能性与美观性的完美融合,满足现代消费者的个性化需求。
In order to promote the style development of fully formed knitted sweaters and better promote fully formed knitting technology,the partial knitting technology and its innovative application in fully formed knitted sweaters were studied on the basis of the four-bed computerized flat knitting machine and corresponding design system.The partial knitting technology was applied for innovative design of sweater weave and structure.And through knitting examples,the process implementation method and technical details were analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of high speed,high efficiency and material saving of partial knitting technology,the design method of applying partial knitting technology in sweater structure was put forward.By utilizing the continuity and completeness of fully formed knitted sweaters,partial knitting technology was combined with different weave structures and yarns to create rich and varied texture effects.The application of partial knitting technology can achieve the perfect integration of function and aesthetics of fully formed knitted sweaters,and meet the personalized needs of modern consumers.
