摘要
中国的建筑设计方法越来越多的得到了国际上的认可,很多海外项目被允许使用中国规范、软件进行结构设计,这样做能够大幅度提高设计效率。地震作用、风荷载如何取值是此类项目设计中的难点。本文以位于印度拉贾斯坦邦的某锌厂项目为例,详细介绍了获取海外项目场地的风荷载、地震作用的过程,给具有类似工程需求的设计人员提供了参数转换方法。各种工程参数在工程所在国和中国具有不同或相同的含义及使用方法,认清其含义(来源)或使用方法,便能做出正确的转换和使用。
More and more countries recognize Chinese structure design method,many the oversea project can use Chinese standard and software for structural design,which can significantly improve the design efficiency.The converting method of seismic action and wind load between Chinese standard and Indian Standard is a difficulty when designing such a project.Taking a zinc plant project located in Rajasthan,India as an example,this paper introduces in detail the process of obtaining wind load,seismic effects of the oversea project site,and provides a parameter conversion method for a designer who is working with similar project.Many engineering parameters have different or the same definition and application method between the country where the project is located and China.The correct application and conversion can be determined when the definition,origin and application method of all kind of engineering parameters can be understood clearly.
