基于TCC热脱附设备的小微流量摆管泵研究与设计

摘要 文中首先介绍了TCC热脱附设备及其输送介质的成分组成,由TCC热脱附设备引申到对摆管泵的结构、原理及使用方法进行阐述,接着对摆管泵的基础设计计算方法做了系统论述,得出了既定热脱附设备的摆管泵设计参数,接下来通过对摆管泵内的关键件结构设计和强度计算介绍了泵内零部件的结构设计方法和理念,最后通过试验得出了匹配摆管泵的性能曲线,以此来验证摆管泵对于既定参数的符合程度。 This paper first introduces the composition of TCC thermal desorption equipment and its transport medium.The TCC thermal desorption equipment is extended to explain the structure,principle and usage of the swing tube pump,and then the basic design calculation of the swing tube pump.The method was systematically discussed,and the design parameters of the swing tube pump of the established thermal desorption equipment were obtained.Next,the structural design method and concept of the components in the pump were introduced by designing the key components and the strength calculation in the swing tube pump.Finally,the performance curve of the matched pendulum pump was obtained through experiments to verify the compliance of the pendulum pump with the established parameters.
