摘要
起重机在工业运输、装备制造等行业得到了普遍的应用,为了更好地保证起重机的使用质量,需要进行起重机防摇控制研究。但是采用当前方法进行起重机控制时,无法精确控制负载摆幅,存在控制响应性差的问题。为此,提出了一种基于改进模糊理论的起重机防摇控制方法。实验仿真证明,所提方法控制响应性较高,具有很好的防摇效果。
Cranes have been widely used in industrial transportation,equipment manufacturing and other industries.In order to better ensure the quality of crane use,research on crane anti-sway control is required.However,when the current method is adopted to control the crane,the load swing amplitude cannot be precisely controlled and the control responsiveness is poor.Therefore,a crane anti-sway control method based on improved fuzzy theory is proposed.Experimental simulation proves that the proposed method has high control response and good anti-sway effect.
