108例恙虫病伴多脏器损害的临床分析

目的对恙虫病伴多脏器损害的临床特点进行研究分析。方法选择2016年6月至2017年12月在本院进行治疗的恙虫病伴多脏器损害的患者共108例作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行研究分析。结果所有患者中主要的临床表现为高热,其热程在3~12 d;伴焦痂或溃疡、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、肝大、脾大等;所有患者均存在≥2个的并发症,对患者的心、脑、肾、肝等造成的损伤较为严重,对患者使用阿奇霉素或者四环素进行治疗,患者恢复到正常情况所需时间在13~17 d,同时对脏器造成的损伤在体温恢复至正常后的4~5周恢复。结论恙虫病患者出现长期发热后,常常会伴随着多脏器、多系统的损伤,临床症状比较典型,病情变化比较复杂、多样,需要及时的诊断、治疗。

Objective The clinical characteristics of typhus typhus with multiple organs were studied and analyzed. Methods A total of 108 patients with multiple organ damage who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research object to study and analyze the clinical data of all patients. Results The main clinical manifestation in all patients was high fever with a heat range of 3-12 d;Accompanied by scab or ulcer, rash, lymph node enlargement, liver, spleen, etc. All patients have ≥2 complications. The damage caused by the patient’ s heart, brain, kidneys, liver, etc. is more serious. The patient was treated with azithromycin or tetracycline, and the patient returns to normal conditions. The time required was 13-17 d. At the same time, the damage to the organs recovered 4-5 weeks after the body temperature returned to normal.Conclusion After the long-term fever of typhus typhus patients, it is often accompanied by multiple organs and multiple systems. Clinical symptoms are typical, and the changes in the condition are complex, diverse, timely diagnosis and treatment are needed.
