认知行为治疗联合药物治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of cognitive behavior therapy combined with drug therapy for generalized anxiety disorder

目的探究广泛性焦虑障碍患者应用认知行为与药物联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月在本院接受治疗的广泛性焦虑障碍患者98例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。观察组给予认知行为与药物联合治疗,对照组给予药物治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后,对照组患者的总有效率为73.47%,显著低于观察组患者的97.96%;观察组患者HAMA(14.88±1.05)分显著低于对照组患者的(18.01±1.96)分;观察组患者的GAF(77.19±7.02)分显著高于对照组患者的(70.43±6.98)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予广泛性焦虑障碍患者应用认知行为与药物联合治疗疗效显著,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cognitive behavior and drug combination therapy in patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods 98 patients with generalized anxiety disorder who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as clinical research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table, with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with cognitive behavior combined with drugs, while the control group was treated with drugs, and the clinical efficacy was compared after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group(73.47%) was significantly lower than that of the observation group(97.96%). The HAMA score of the observation group(14.88±1.05) was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.01±1.96);the GAF score of the observation group(77.19±7.02) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.43±6.98). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with medication is effective in treating patients with generalized anxiety disorder and has high clinical value.
