来曲唑与二甲双胍联合治疗PCOS不孕的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of letrozole combined with metformin in the treatment of infertility of PCOS

目的研究来曲唑与二甲双胍联合治疗PCOS不孕患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年8月至2018年8月于本院接受PCOS不孕治疗的患者72例作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为实验组与参照组,每组36例。参照组采用来曲唑治疗,实验组行来曲唑与二甲双胍联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后激素因子、相关指标及妊娠结局。结果治疗前两组患者激素因子、相关指标比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后实验组卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、睾酮、黄体生成素、空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素分泌指数低于参照组,实验组妊娠发生率为61.11%,高于参照组的36.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS不孕症患者行来曲唑与二甲双胍联合治疗临床效果显著,在提升患者妊娠成功率方面具有重要作用,应予以临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combined treatment with letrozole and metformin in patients with infertility in PCOS.Methods 72 patients who underwent PCOS infertility treatment were enrolled in our hospital. The enrollment time was from August 2017 to August2018. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by drawing method, with 36 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with letrozole, and the experimental group was treated with letrozole and metformin. The hormonal factors, related indicators and pregnancy outcomes were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no difference in hormonal factors and related indexes between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the testosterone, luteinizing hormone, insulin resistance index and insulin secretion index of the experimental group were lower than the reference group, compared with the reference group. The post-experimental group had lower follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol, testosterone and luteinizing hormone. The pregnancy rate of the experimental group(61.11%) was higher than that of the reference group(36.11%), and the difference between the groups was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of letrozole and metformin in PCOS infertility has a significant clinical effect and plays an important role in improving the pregnancy success rate of patients. It should be clinically promoted.
