摘要
目的探讨互动式健康教育对脑梗死患者疾病应对、自护能力及康复水平的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月本院收治的脑梗死患者56例作为研究对象,按入院日期单双号将其随机分为两组,对照组为单号,观察组为双号,各28例。观察组给予互动式健康教育,对照组采取常规护理模式,比较两组疾病应对、康复情况及自护能力。结果观察组疾病应对、康复水平及自护能力均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者实施互动式健康教育,能够提高患者的疾病应对能力及自护能力,改善神经功能,促进康复。
Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education on disease response, self-care ability and rehabilitation level in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 56 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the date of admission. The control group was a single number,and the observation group was a double number, with 28 cases in each group. The observation group was given interactive health education, and the control group took the routine nursing mode to compare the two groups’ disease response, rehabilitation and self-care ability. Results The disease response, rehabilitation level and self-care ability of the observation group were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Interactive health education for patients with cerebral infarction can improve patients’ ability to cope with disease and self-care, improve neurological function and promote rehabilitation.
