TCD和颈部血管超声检查对脑梗死患者血管病变检出率的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of TCD and Cervical Vascular Ultrasonography in Detecting the Rate of Vascular Lesions in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析经颅多普勒超声检查(TCD)联合颈部血管超声检查(CUS)在脑梗死患者是否存在血管病变诊断过程中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2018年2月~2019年2月在本院接受脑梗死治疗的患者87例作为观察对象,所有患者均确诊为脑梗死,给予患者TCD和CUS检查,对两种方法联合诊断与每种方法单一诊断的检出率进行分析比较。结果:TCD与CUS联合检查异常率明显高于单纯TCD检查与CUS检查,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:TCD联合CUS检查的诊断效果显著优于单纯一种方法检查。

Objective: To analyze the value of TCD(transcranial Doppler ultrasonography) combined with cervical vascular ultrasonography(CUS) in the diagnosis of vascular lesions in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 87 patients who underwent cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected as experimental subjects. All patients were diagnosed with cerebral infarction and given TCD and CUS examinations. The combined diagnosis was compared with the detection rate of a single diagnosis for each method. Results: The abnormal rate of TCD and CUS was significantly higher than that of TCD and CUS, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The diagnostic effect of TCD combined with CUS is significantly better than that of a single method. It should be widely used and promoted.
