功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的应用及临床预后分析

目的:探究功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的应用效果和临床疗效。方法:从2014年7月~2018年7月本院收治的鼻窦炎患者中随机选择100例患者作为基本研究对象,所有患者采取内窥镜手术方法进行治疗,在治疗之前对患者进行手术之前的检查,记录患者的视觉类比评分、鼻内镜评分、性别、年龄、是否具有哮喘和息肉历史资料。在患者手术治疗完成之后在1年内对患者随访5次,每次都要记录患者的VAS和鼻内镜评分,根据评分结果对功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的临床预后影响因素因素进行分析。结果:经过功能性鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者病情基本被控制住,病情完全控制率为75%(75/100),不伴随支气管哮喘(BA)患者小组病情完全控制率显著高于伴随BA患者小组,且病情没有被控制明显低于伴随BA患者小组(P<0.05),具有统计学研究意义。具有哮喘病史和血嗜酸性粒细胞数量较多的患者功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎临床预后效果较差,性别、年龄、息肉等因素不会影响功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎预后情况。结论:血嗜酸性粒细胞数量及哮喘病史是影响鼻窦炎功能性鼻内窥镜手术疗效的重要因素,而息肉等因素不会影响鼻窦炎功能性鼻内窥镜手术效果。

Objective: To explore the application effect and clinical efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for sinusitis. And the condition was not controlled significantly lower than the group of patients with BA,(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Patients with a history of asthma and a large number of blood eosinophils have a poor clinical prognosis for functional sinusitis. The remaining factors do not affect the prognosis of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for sinusitis. Conclusion: The number of blood eosinophils and asthma are important factors influencing the efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Polyps and other factors do not affect the functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
