探究超声造影在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值

Exploring the Value of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in the Interventional Treatment of Liver Cancer

目的:探究超声造影在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。方法:选择2017年10月~2018年12月在本院行介入治疗的70例肝癌患者为观察对象,所有患者治疗前后均接受增强CT检查和超声造影检查,治疗前对比超声造影与增强CT对不同大小病灶的检出率,治疗后对比病灶增强时间和增强强度。结果:治疗前对比两种检查方式对不同病灶的检出率发现,超声造影、增强CT对>30mm病灶的检出率均为100.0%,但超声造影对<10mm、10~30mm病灶的检出率均明显高于增强CT,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,超声造影的病灶增强时间与增强强度均明显优于增强CT,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肝癌介入治疗中,超声造影的价值更为显著,病灶检出率高,可成为指导临床治疗的有效方法。

Objective: To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the interventional treatment of liver cancer. Methods: Seventy patients with liver cancer who underwent interventional therapy in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled. All patients underwent enhanced CT and contrastenhanced ultrasonography before and after treatment. Contrast-enhanced contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced CT were used to treat different sizes of lesions before and after treatment. The detection rate, the contrast enhancement time and the enhancement intensity after treatment. Results: Before treatment, comparing the detection rates of different lesions, it was found that the detection rates of contrast ultrasound and enhanced CT for lesions> 30 mm were 100.0%, but the detection of contrast <10 mm, 10~30 mm lesions by contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The rates were significantly higher than those of enhanced CT(P<0.05). After treatment, the enhancement time and intensity of contrast-enhanced ultrasound were significantly better than those of enhanced CT(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the interventional treatment of liver cancer, the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound is more significant, and the detection rate of lesions is high, which can be an effective method to guide clinical treatment.
