摘要
目的:探讨慢性根尖周炎显微根尖手术治疗中应用MTA的效果。方法:采用回顾性分析方式,对本院2018年11月~2019年10月接受诊疗的30例慢性根尖周炎患者(52颗)临床资料进行分析,根据抽签法分组,所有患者均无法实施常规根管再治疗,观察组15例(27颗),展开显微根尖手术及MTA治疗,对照组15例(25颗),展开传统外科根尖手术、银汞合金充填治疗。对比2组患者成功率。结果:对比对照组,观察组成功率更高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性根尖周炎显微根尖手术治疗中应用MTA,获得了满意成效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of MTA in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with microscopic apical surgery. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 30 patients with chronic apical periodontitis(52 patients) who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019. According to the sampling method, all patients could not be implemented. Routine root canal retreatment, 15 patients(27) in the experimental group, microscopic apical surgery and MTA treatment, 15 patients(25) in the control group, traditional surgical root tip surgery, amalgam filling treatment. Compare the success rate of the 2 groups of patients. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental composition was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of MTA in the treatment of microscopic apical periodontitis in chronic apical periodontitis has achieved satisfactory results.
