摘要
目的:观察PCR仪与测序仪在丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因型检测中的应用。方法:选择2018年1月~2018年12月收治的134例HCV感染患者为研究对象,给予患者PCR仪检测、测序仪检测。结果:测序仪检测134例均可分型,PCR仪检测130例患者可分型,4例未能分型。PCR检测结果:134例HCV感染患者中,1b型59例,2a型47例,3a型6例,3b型15例,6a型3例,4例为分出型别。基因测序结果:134例均可分型:1型59例,2a型40例,2i型7例,3a型6例,3b型15例,6a型3例,6n型4例。PCR仪检测法检测符合率97.0%。结论:PCR仪测序仪检测用于丙型肝炎病毒基因型检测,操作便捷,但其只能检测探针覆盖的型别,个别罕见型别不能分型。
Objective: To observe the application of PCR instrument and sequencer in the detection of hepatitis C virus(HCV) genotype. Methods: A total of 134 patients with HCV infection who were admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were given PCR and sequencing. Results: All the 134 cases were classified by the sequencer. 130 cases were classified by PCR and 4 cases were not classified. PCR results: 134 patients with HCV infection, 59 cases of type 1 b, 47 cases of type 2 a, 6 cases of type 3 a, 15 cases of type 3 b, 3 cases of type 6 a, 4 cases of type. Gene sequencing results: 134 cases were classified: 59 cases of type 1, 40 cases of type 2 a, 7 cases of type 2 i, 6 cases of type 3 a, 15 cases of type 3 b, 3 cases of type 6 a, and 4 cases of type 6 n. The coincidence rate of the detection by the PCR instrument was 97.0%. Conclusion: The PCR instrument sequencer is used for the detection of hepatitis C virus genotype, and it is easy to operate. However, it can only detect the type covered by the probe, and some rare types cannot be classified.
