目的:探讨综合医院医疗设备质量管理的关键路径。方法:收集本院医疗设备质量管理过程中实施关键路径管理模式前后的设备正常使用情况、故障情况、患者满意度情况。结果:实施医疗设备质量管理关键路径后的设备故障率低于实施前(P<0.05),且设备正常使用率和患者满意度均优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在综合医院医疗设备质量管理中及时发现相关问题,并找到实施关键路径,不断落实管理措施,能够有效降低医疗设备故障发生率,保障医疗设备的使用质量,有助于提升医师与患者满意度,促进医院健康发展。

Objective: To explore the key path of medical equipment quality management in general hospitals. Methods: Collect the normal usage, failure conditions, and patient satisfaction of the equipment before and after the implementation of the critical path management mode in the medical equipment quality management process of our hospital. Results: The equipment failure rate after implementing the critical path of medical equipment quality management was lower than before implementation(P<0.05), and the normal equipment utilization rate and patient satisfaction were better than before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion: Finding relevant problems in a timely manner in the quality management of medical equipment in general hospitals, and finding the critical path for implementation, and continuously implementing management measures, can effectively prevent medical equipment from malfunctioning, guarantee the quality of medical equipment, and help improve physician and patient satisfaction To promote the healthy development of the hospital.
