摘要
[目的]调查分析湖南省某三级甲等中医院在职护理人员的结构特点及岗位培训期望,并提出对策,为中医院护士岗位培训改革提供借鉴和参考。[方法]采用描述性研究方法,自行设计问卷,通过"护世界"APP发放、回收调查问卷,对湖南省某三级甲等中医院的684名临床护士进行网络在线调查。[结果]20~30岁护士占71.35%;初级职称护士占82.89%;影响护士参加岗位培训的主要原因是工作太忙,占75.73%;48.39%的护士愿意采取护理专科小组的培训方式;80.41%的护士愿意采取手机APP考试考核;在岗位培训课程选择中中医基础理论和中医传统护理技术及新技术占比最高,77.19%的护士选择了沟通技巧,74.41%的护士选择护理管理新知识,50.29%的护士选择科研设计与论文撰写课程。[结论]中医院临床护士对岗位培训需求与期望不一,应根据医院人员结构特点采取按岗分层培训,按需合理开设培训课程,采取科学灵活的培训方式和考核方式,建立规范系统的岗位培训机制与体系。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the structure characteristics and job training expectations of on-the-job nurses in a third grade A Chinese medicine hospital in Hunan Province,and put forward countermeasures to provide reference for the reform of job training of nurses in Chinese hospitals.Methods:A total of 684 clinical nurses in a third Chinese medicine hospital in Hunan Province were investigated online by using descriptive research method and self-designed questionnaires.Questionnaires were distributed and retrieved by Nursing World APP.Results:Nurses aged 20-30 years old accounted for 71.35%;nurses with junior professional titles accounted for 82.89%;the main reason affecting nurses′ participation in job training was that they were too busy at work,accounting for 75.73%;48.39% of nurses were willing to adopt the training mode of nursing specialist group,80.41% of nurses were willing to take the examination of mobile APP,and in the selection of job training courses,the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the new nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine were the main reasons.Among them,77.19% of nurses chose communication skills,74.41% of nurses chose new knowledge of nursing management,and 50.29% of nurses chose research design and thesis writing courses.Conclusions:The clinical nurses in TCM hospitals had different needs and expectations for post training.according to the characteristics of hospital staff structure,we should adopt post-hierarchical training,set up training courses reasonably based on needs,adopt scientific and flexible training methods and assessment methods,establish standardized and systematic post training mechanism and system.
