使用实验室双螺杆挤出机制备了一种用于压敏电阻的环氧粉末涂料,平行对比了酸酐固化、酚类固化、双氰胺固化体系,其粉体性能指标适合压敏电阻的涂装固化。使用压力锅蒸煮法评估了制备的不同固化体系环氧粉末涂料的防潮性能,其中酸酐固化体系配方的防潮性能可满足压敏电阻的耐湿热要求。

An epoxy powder coating for varistor was prepared using laboratory twin-screw extruder,which tested The anhydride curing,phenol curing and dicyandiamide curing system,and the powder’s performance index were suitable for coating and curing on varistor. The humidity resistance performance of epoxy powder coatings were evaluated by the pressure cooking test,the humidity resistance performance of the anhydride curing system is excellent,which can meet varistor’s requirement on moisture resistance.
