化工生产不是单纯的将各种化工材料融合到一起,而是需要发挥化工设备以及化工工艺的绝对性价值。当前国内在化工设备的研究中已经取得了很大的进步,但直至今日仍旧没有能够独立成为一种专业、行业。很多人忽视了工艺与设备的匹配性,这势必会影响到化工行业的发展。所以化工行业在生产过程中一定要处理好细节要求,解决化工设备与化工工艺的关系。要予以化工工艺与设备适应性设计足够的关注度。目前化工工艺理论已相当成熟,当前最需要考虑的是流程结构,以此为参照制定工艺流程以及工艺设备嵌入点。

The so-called chemical production is not simply to integrate all kinds of chemical materials,but to play the absolute value of chemical equipment and chemical technology. At present,great progress has been made in the research of chemical equipment in China,but up to now,it has not been able to become a profession and industry independently. Many chemical engineers neglect the matching of process and equipment,which will affect the development of chemical industry.Therefore,the chemical industry must deal with the detailed requirements in the production process,and solve the relationship between chemical equipment and chemical technology. Enough attention should be paid to the adaptability design of chemical process and equipment. Now we have a very mature theory of chemical technology. At present,the most important thing to consider is the process structure,which is used as a reference to develop the process flow and the embedding point of process equipment.
