Sulfur tail gas analysis is an important parameter guarantee of sulfur plant. The accuracy of the ratio analyzer directly affects the normal operation of the plant. Therefore,the main focus of this paper is to make a summary of the frequent failures of the ratio analyzer on site,and make some modifications and Implementation for these failures.
