中石油云南石化有限公司常减压蒸馏装置由中国寰球工程公司设计,加工规模为1300×104t/a(年开工时间8400小时),是目前国内最大的单体装置,设计能耗9.33,KGEO/T。装置于2016年建成中交,并于2017年8月8日投产。投产一年多来,在节能降耗方面取得了不错的成绩,本文详细介绍了该装置的技术应用。

The atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit of petrochina Yunnan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is designed by China Global Engineering Co., Ltd. The processing scale is 1300×104 t/a(annual start-up time is 8400 hours). It is the largest unit in China at present. The designed energy consumption is 9.33, KGEO/T. The plant was completed in 2016 and went into production on August 8,2017. Since it was put into operation for more than a year, good results have been achieved in energy saving and consumption reduction. This paper introduces the technical application of the device in detail.
