一种新型管道支路补强件

摘要 管道支路连接件主要有管台、焊接补强板等,此类管件与主管道为角焊缝连接,焊接工作量大,焊接质量无法保证。介绍一种新型对接焊整体补强件,与主管的焊接为对焊连接,焊接工作量小,焊接质量可通过X射线探伤控制,并且补强件与支管为整体成型,具有良好的抗位移应力和弯曲应力的性能。本管件按照压力面积法进行补强厚度计算,对管件整体加厚,ASME B31.3及GB/T20801标准允许在高压系统、压力交变系统使用此类型补强件。 Pipe branch connectors mainly include pipe stands,welding reinforcing plates,etc. Such pipe fittings are connected to the main pipe by fillet weld,which causes heavy welding workload and cannot guarantee the welding quality. A new type of butt welding integral reinforcement is introduced. The welding with the main pipe is butt welding. The welding workload is small,the welding quality can be controlled by X-ray flaw detection,and the reinforcement and branch pipe are integrally formed. It has good performance of resisting displacement stress and bending stress. The reinforcement thickness of this pipe fitting is calculated according to the pressure area method,and the whole pipe fitting is thickened. ASME B31.3 and GB/T20801 standards allow the use of this type of reinforcement in high pressure systems and pressure alternating systems.
