在进口原油日渐增多的背景下,越来越多企业开始重视高硫高酸原油的加工。而为了保证装置的稳定、安全生产,就必须高度重视高硫高酸原油所带来的腐蚀问题。基于此,本文主要分析了常减压装置炼制劣质原油的腐蚀情况,并提出了相应的改善措施,仅供参考。

In the context of increasing import crude oil,more and more companies are beginning to pay attention to the processing of high-sulfur and high-acid crude oil. In order to ensure the stable and safe production of the device,it is necessary to attach great importance to the corrosion caused by high sulfur and high acid crude oil. Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the corrosion of inferior crude oil refining in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units,and proposes corresponding improvement measures for reference only.
