摘要
在生产间苯二甲胺的工艺中,雷尼镍催化剂作为间苯二甲腈加氢反应的主要催化剂。通过对雷尼镍催化剂在加氢反应中的失活原因进行分析研究,通过针对性的再生技术可以恢复雷尼镍催化剂的活性,有效降低催化剂的单耗,使间苯二甲胺生产成本大幅下降。
In the process of producing m-phenylenedimethylamine,Raney nickel catalyst is the main catalyst for the hydrogenation of m-benzonitrile.The deactivation of Raney nickel catalyst in hydrogenation was studied,Through targeted regeneration technology,the activity of Raney nickel catalyst can be restored,the unit consumption of catalyst can be effectively reduced,and the production cost of m-phenylenedimethylamine can be greatly reduced.
