摘要
随着不锈钢复合管、双向不锈钢以及有色金属管道,在海洋平台、井场建设及长输管道中得到了越来越多的应用,此类高压管道焊接时内充氩一直是制约焊接质量和施工进度的一大难题。本文以塔里木油田克深5区块地面工程项目为例,工程包含大口径双金属复合管(直径355mm)近20km和一座双向不锈钢为焊接主体的集输站。介绍了施工中常用的几种管道内充氩的方法,及改进后的管道内充氩装置的设计原理、制作以及应用方法。
With stainless steel composite pipes,two-way stainless steel and non-ferrous metal pipes,It has been used more and more in offshore platform,well site construction and long-distance pipeline. The argon filling in the high-pressure pipeline has been a big problem restricting the welding quality and construction progress.Taking the surface engineering project of Keshen 5 block in Tarim Oilfield as an example,the project includes a large diameter bimetal composite pipe(355 mm in diameter) nearly 20 km and a two-way stainless steel welding main gathering and transmission station.This paper introduces several commonly used methods of pipeline argon filling in construction,and the design principle,manufacture and application method of the improved pipeline argon filling device.
