Application analysis of membrane production water fine treatment equipment in offshore platform

本文介绍某海上平台膜生产水精细处理设备的情况,然后围绕设备自投产以来生产运行方面遇到的问题进行分析,进而阐述为达到设计预期,在设备上游流程、运行条件和清洗配方三方面实施的解决方案。接着从对该膜设备自身设计特点分析出发,介绍依照操作精细化和规范化要求而得出经验与措施。最后举例说明为使设备功能完善化而对自控系统进行的改进。

Firstly,this paper introduces the situation of water fine treatment equipment for membrane production of an offshore platform.Then analyze the problems encountered in production and operation since the equipment was put into operation,Furthermore,the solutions for the upstream process,operation conditions and cleaning formula of the equipment are described.Then,based on the analysis of the design features of the membrane equipment,the experience and measures are introduced according to the requirements of operation refinement and standardization.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the improvement of the automatic control system in order to improve the function of the equipment.
