摘要
酸化是海上油田重要的增产增注措施,而酸化作业后会产生大量的酸化返排液,由于这些酸化返排液中含有残留的盐酸和氢氟酸等药剂,具有较强的毒性和腐蚀性,因此,需要对酸化返排液进行处理,以使酸化返排液符合安全环保的排放要求。本文主要针对海上油田油井酸化返排液处理过程中存在的问题,提出一种有效的处理工艺流程,并进行模块化设置,能够在海上钻井平台上实时对酸化返排液进行处理,有效解决了海上油田油井酸化返排液处理难的问题。
Acidification is an important measure to increase production and injection in offshore oilfields. After acidizing operation,a large amount of acidizing backflow fluid will be produced. Because these acidified effluents contain residual hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid,they are highly toxic and corrosive. Therefore,it is necessary to treat the acidizing reflux fluid in order to make the acidizing reflux fluid meet the discharge requirements of safety and environmental protection. In this paper,aiming at the problems existing in the treatment of acidizing backflow fluid in offshore oil wells,An effective process flow is proposed and modularized. It can deal with acidizing backflow fluid in real time on offshore drilling platform,and effectively solve the problem of treating acidizing backflow fluid in offshore oil wells.
