在全球人口老龄化趋势不断加剧的情况下,积极应对人口老龄化所带来的不利影响,其中重要措施之一就是对老年人才资源进行开发与利用。老年人才资源是一个蕴含着巨大潜力的宝库,在构建和谐社会和经济发展中具有独特的优势。大庆市老年人才离退休后得到开发的程度并不高,政府相关部门要提高对开发利用老年人才工作的重视,消除对老年人才的偏见,发展适应老年人从事的产业,加强舆论导向与宣传力度,努力发展老年教育以及研究制定有利于开发老年人才资源的法律与政策。

Under the situation that the global population aging trend continues to aggravate,one of the important measures to actively deal with the adverse effects of population aging is to develop and utilize the talent resources of the elderly.The human resource for the aged is a treasure house of great potential and has unique advantages in the construction of harmonious society and economic development.The developmental degree of Daqing elderly people retirement is not high,the relevant government departments should improve the exploitation and utilization of elderly people,eliminate the prejudice against the seniors,develop the suited industry to the elderly,strengthen the public opinion and propaganda,efforts to develop the elderly education and research and formulate the law and policy which is advantageous to the development of elderly talent resources.
