Review and Prospect of Colleges and Universities Performance Evaluation from the Perspective of Input-output

高校开展绩效评价是优化资源配置、提高办学质量的有效途径,也是促进高校内涵式发展的重要抓手。以投入产出为视角,在对相关文献进行系统梳理与归纳的基础上,深入分析高校绩效评价相关研究存在的不足之处,进而对未来相关研究拟解决的关键问题进行展望。

To carry out performance evaluation in colleges and universities is an effective way to optimize the allocation of resources and improve the quality of running schools,as well as an important way to promote the connotation development of colleges and universities.From the perspective of input-output,on the basis of systematic review and induction of relevant literature,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the shortcomings of relevant studies on college performance evaluation,so as to look forward to the key problems to be solved by relevant studies in the future.
