环境类研究生创新能力培养与教学模式研究

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability and Teaching Model of Environmental Postgraduate Students

高校研究生的创新意识及创新能力与未来我国科研的创新水平息息相关,它是加快转变我国经济发展方式的重要力量。本研究以陕西师范大学为例,采用问卷发放的形式对我校环境专业研究生的培养模式及创新能力培养存在的问题进行了调查。根据调查结果,论文探讨了我校环境类研究生教育目前存在的弊端,并从多方面出发,为更好地提升研究生的创新能力提出了改革思路。

The innovation consciousness and abilities of postgraduate students in colleges and universities are closely related to the innovation level of our country's scientific research in the future.It is an important force to speed up the transformation of our country's economic development mode.Taking Shaanxi Normal University as an example,we investigated the innovative ability and training mode of graduate students majoring in environment in the form of questionnaires.The shortcomings of graduate education in the field of environment were discussed in this paper on the basis of the results we got.Some reform ideas for improving the innovative ability of graduate students were provided from several aspects.
