摘要 通过分析新建地方本科院校新工科专业建设面临的问题和新工科背景下“二元制”校企合作的局限性,提出“三元协同育人机制”,研究新工科背景下的教育教学资源配置方式并进行协同育人的实践探索,升级校企合作,优化人才培养模式。 By analyzing the problems in the constructions of the emerging engineering subjects in the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and the limitations of the"dual system"school-enterprise cooperation under the emerging engineering background,the"ternary collaborative education mechanism"is proposed in this paper.The configuration methods of educational teaching resources under the emerging engineering background is studied.and explored in practice.Thence the school-enterprise cooperation mode is upgraded,and the talent training mode is optimized.
