摘要
近年来随着地球臭氧层的损耗,地球表面紫外线强度越来越强,紫外线引起皮肤损伤的概率越来越高。EGF通过参与组织的再生和修复、胚胎生长发育等生理过程,在皮肤损伤、肿瘤的侵袭和转移等疾病发生和发展过程中扮演着十分重要的角色。文章主要对EGF对紫外线引起的皮肤损伤的保护作用研究进行总结。
In recent years,with the depletion of the earth's ozone layer,the intensity of ultraviolet rays on the earth's surface has become stronger and stronger,and the probability of ultraviolet rays causing skin damage is increasing.EGF plays a very important role in the occurrence and development of diseases such as skin injury,tumor invasion and metastasis by participating in tissue regeneration and repair,embryo growth and development and other physiological processes.This article summarizes the research on the protective effect of EGF on skin damage caused by ultraviolet rays.
