基于海洋学科交叉培养研究生的探索与思考

Exploration and Thinking on Training Postgraduate Students Based on Marine Discipline Cross-cultivation

多学科交叉培养已渐渐成为国内高校提高人才培养质量、带动交叉学科发展的必要手段。然而实践中不同程度上存在着招生培养指向不一、培养模式不成熟等问题。为化解海洋学科交叉培养研究生的发展困境,文章提出了协调导学关系、探索交叉培养模式、优化多学科招生办法等措施,构建适用于海洋学科的多学科交叉培养保障体系。

The cross-disciplinary education has become a necessary way for universities to improve education quality and promote interdisciplinary development.However,there are some problems of practice,such as the aim deviation between recruitment and education and the immature education mode.To solve the problems in the cross-disciplinary education in marine discipline,this paper proposes a series of methods such as coordinating tutoring,exploring newcross-disciplinary modes and optimizing cross-disciplinary recruitment etc.,in order to build a support system for cross-disciplinary education of marine discipline.
