摘要
校本(school-based)理念源于欧美,其目的在于赋予学校更多的自主性。围绕这一理念,产生了校本课程、校本教材、校本科研、校本培训等一系列相关形式,其根本符合“因地制宜,因材施教”的传统教育理念以及矛盾的普遍性与特殊性原理。而教学大纲是所有的教学过程的首要环节,对教学有全局的把控和指导。因此校本大纲的制定,是学校充分发挥主观能动性的第一步。
The concept of school-based was evolved from western countries,and its purpose is to bestow the school more independence.Guided by this theory,a series of related patterns such as:school-based curriculum,school-based teaching material,school-based scientific research,school-based training have been born,which are basically accorded with the traditional Chinese educational philosophy"an asynchronous method be adopted in teaching and learning"and the principle"universality and particularity of contradiction".School-based syllabus is the first step of all the teaching procedures,which is the assurance and guideline of the overall teaching.Therefore,making school-based syllabus is the first step to fully exert initiative of the school.
