文章从心理健康教育的角度,以上海某高职院校入伍大学生作为研究对象,从入伍、在伍和退伍三个阶段,运用调查和个案研究等方法,分析其心理特征,探讨如何助其更好地适应环境及角色的转换,提升兵员质量,进而提升征兵工作水平。

This article from the perspective of psychological health education,higher vocational colleges in Shanghai to army college students as the research object,discharged from the"Before、In and After"army these three stages,using the method of investigation and case study,analyze the psychological characteristics,and discusses how to help them better adapt to the environment and the role of conversion,improving the quality of personnel,raise level of job of recruiting.
