新时代00后大学生面临的学习问题及班主任管理对策初探

Primary Investigation on Study Problems Faced by Undergraduates Born after "00" and Management Countermeasures Taken by the Class Teacher in the New Era

随着《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》的发布,我国高校对新时代大学生的学习更加重视。2018年秋季,00后开始进入大学,由于其成长环境和高中与大学教育的差异,出现学习上的不适应。文章主要分析了00后大学生学习面临的主要问题,并提出了作为大学生管理者和引导者的班主任,应该采取哪些对策使其适应大一的学习,为整个大学学习打好基础。

With the release of the document"Opinions of the Ministry of Education on accelerating the construction of high-level undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the ability of talent cultivation",the universities paid more attention to undergraduates'study in China in the new era.The generation after 00s became undergraduates in the autumn of 2018.They were not adapted themselves to the university study because of their growing environment and the education difference between high school and university.We mainly analyzed the main problems faced by undergraduates.In addition we gave the countermeasures for the class teacher,the manager and guide of the undergraduates,to help the undergraduates adapt to the study in the freshman year which is the foundation for the whole university study.
