高校养老保险改革实施现状和问题研究

高校养老保险改革启动后,经历了人员参保登记、人员核定和待遇核定环节,目前,高校正在进行人员待遇核定。在参保过程中,遇到了一些困难和阻力,高校可以通过加大宣传力度、加强档案管理、深化人事制度改革等应对改革中的问题和挑战,推动养老保险改革的顺利进行。

Colleges and universities has gone through the links of personnel registration,personnel approval and treatment approval through the reform of pension insurance.At present,universities are carrying out personnel treatment verification.In the process of participating in the insurance,there are some difficulties and obstacles.Colleges and universities can deal with the problems and challenges in the reform by intensifying propaganda,strengthening file management,deepening personnel system reform,so as to promote the smooth progress of the reform of pension insurance.
